Installation Instructions for the ACS Electric Wiper Retrofit with the ECAM Pump 

1. Completely remove the air wiper system, including the controls.

2. Block the existing air supply.

3. Mount the ACS unit to the existing mounting points. On some MCI model 102 D series coaches a slight modification to the duct may be require, check interference on the front frame tube, if this occur, make a small dent at the point where moving linkages are touching the frame

4.  Install the electric controls in place of the air controls.

5. After all parts are mounted, obtain power from a relay or circuit breaker no greater than 10 Amps.  Make the connection to the RED wire on the switch with 16 gauge wire. BLACK wire to body ground. All other connections are preset on the wire harness.

6. Test your Wipers.

ACS Wiper System - Driver Controls 

0 - Park Position - returns wipers to starting point.

1 - Variable intermittent operation

2 - Low Speed - operates at 33 cycles per minute.

3 - High Speed - operates at 51 cycles per minute.  

WARNING: NEVER REACH INTO THE AREA OF ROD LINKAGE WHEN THE SYSTEM IS RUNNING!
